Today I tried SARA before rebuilding the profile and it didn't help either. Today I had to recreate the profile for the same user I did 7 days ago.Ībout SARA, I had an issue with rules a couple of months ago, MS support used SARA and didn't help. OST corruption disappears with a new profile, so it can't be. Whenever we have Outlook issues of any kind that we can't get to the bottom of we use this to troubleshoot and it usually figures out the issue. One really cool tool that you may not be familiar with is Microsoft SARA Opens a new window. The only time we run into issues now is when users have 50GB + of email and require full cached mode, it can cause OST file corruption leading to issues. Whenever we had several at once with these kinds of issues, found out it was a faulty update or even an Outlook plugin issue.
